1. About these terms

These terms apply when you place an order with Hyderabadi Flavours through hyderabadiflavours.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. How ordering works

You choose a portion on this website and share your delivery details. Your order is sent to us as a WhatsApp message. An order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp to confirm your slot.

3. Batches and cut-off

Haleem is cooked fresh in daily batches. Orders for the day's batch should be placed before 2:00 PM IST. Orders placed later are scheduled for the next batch unless we confirm otherwise on WhatsApp. Portions are limited and subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees. Delivery charges are as per location and are shared when we confirm your order. No online payment is collected on this website; payment arrangements are confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Hyderabad, up to 2:00 AM, in the slot you choose and we confirm. See our Delivery & Refunds page for details.

6. Allergens

Our haleem contains wheat, milk and nuts. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering.
